It was supposed to be a quick trip ... we picked up our rental car not knowing that there was a blizzard on the way. By the time we hit Buffalo we were right in the thick of it. When the snow finally stopped (early Sunday morning) nearly two feet of snow had fallen on Cleveland, though the drifts were much, much deepter. The shower was originally supposed to take place on Saturday, but the snow was still falling and the city was at a standstill (except George who was out in the Jeep doing his route!). After a good bit of stress, everything went off without a hitch on Sunday afternoon. Our trip home was delayed, but it was totally worth it.
